  • How do I secure my booking?
    50% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event.
  • COVID-19 policy?
    If your event is cancelled due to COVID 19 restrictions, you will have a year to use toward a future booking. The deposit is only refundable if local, state or federal mandates or orders impact your event. In all other instances your deposit is non-refundable.
  • What is specialty linen?
    Sequin, Petal Leaf Taffeta, Rosette, Pinchwell, etc...
  • Are your letters made of foam or wood?
    Our letters are made of wood.
  • Is your tabletop for your letter/number tables, plexiglass or glass?"
    Our tabletops for our letter/number tables are made of glass.
  • How many hours is my rental for?
    Daily rental, all pickups are scheduled prior to 12am or an additional fee will be incurred.
  • What are the dimensions of your Hedge/Flower Walls?
    Our Hedge/Flower Walls are 8’Hx8’W freestanding.
  • Can we pick up items?
    No, we will deliver all of our products to your event to ensure a proper transport of all requested items to prevent damage.
